Who we are

Ted is the founder of Together as Dreamers Homes, LLC, a company specializing in creating affordable workforce housing for the blind, disabled individuals, veterans, and those in recovery. With over three decades of public service as a police officer and 15 years as a volunteer firefighter, Ted brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities and a commitment to making a positive impact.

A proud spouse of his high school sweetheart, Ted is the parent of two visually impaired children, which has fueled a personal passion for the blind and accessibility. This dedication extends beyond housing through their nonprofit hockey team for the blind, where they promote teamwork and resilience. Volunteer experience includes the Guide Dog Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, local senior center and his church.

Guided by faith and striving to follow God’s plan, Ted sees this work as an opportunity to serve others while giving all glory to Him.

With extensive real estate experience in fix-and-flip projects, private lending, and short-term rentals, Ted has a proven track record of transforming properties into homes that enrich lives. Their passion for volunteering and community service is the foundation of Together as Dreamers Homes, LLC, which strives to provide hope and stability for those who need it most.
